Step
1: The main task of pomegranate fruit is peeling the seeds no problem I detailed
in easy way. Cut the top crown and scoop out a bit of yellow portion below the
cut crown area. Gently spread the 5 shallow slits of bumpy portions of the
fruit.
Pull
out the outer peel from each section of fruit push the seeds/arils out with our
fingers and start to fall out bowls with a little effort on seeds. Separates
the inner core from the arils/seeds and makes easy to peel the fruit.
Transfer them in a clean bowl wash them with a fresh running water.

Step 2: Transfer
them in a blender add 2 spoons of sugar/honey as per you required.

cup of chilled milk, pinch of salt and 2 ice cubes to blend the juice easily.
