                                Banana milkshake smoothie juice is just a “piece of cake”. There are many ways for banana juice Here, I am sharing a simple method we can easily available in our kitchen just like banana, milk, dried fruits, sugar. Only  we  need a good blender or juicer.

There are plenty of bananas, in that I am using CHEKKARAKELI banana for smoothie. chekkarakeli banana have a white pulp and sweet which provides instant energy and also good for stomach. Botanically name of chekkarakeli banana is belongs to the family of MUSACEAE.

Step 1: Take a fresh bananas wash them in a running water, peel the skin and slice them a fine pieces and toasted Almonds .

Step 2: Add  2 cups milk on the juicer. we can add 2 spoons of sugar also but  I am not adding sugar instead of that add honey.
 Blend them in a fine juicy if the consistency is think them add more milk on it.

                           Here we talk about Banana milkshake smoothie juice procedure, firstly take a fresh bananas clean them with a fresh running water ,peel the skin of banana and slice them in a fine pieces.

                    We can add toasted almonds, milk, sugar or honey blend them in a fine smoothie.

                         Finally pour them in a serving   glass  .our banana juice is ready and enjoy the each sip of banana flavor juice with a healthy instance energy juice.

Best for more results:

If you have less sweet cravings so for good result avoid sugar or honey because Banana have a inbuilt sweet.

If you want more taste then add essences like chocolate, vanilla etc.

We can also add lemon to get a savoury and sweet taste.

All bananas is not as taste as chekkarakeli banana so for smoothie choose this banana .
