Step 1: Firstly, take a fresh cucumber, ginger clean them with a help of fresh running water

Step 2: we can peel the skin or not is up to u, here I didn’t peel the skin of cucumber, Ginger sliced them in a pieces.

Step 3: Take a juicer pour all the sliced pieces.Add milk or water on it here I use milk grind them with a fine paste

Step 4: Place it fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour a prepared mixture to strain the juice

Step 5: strain it with the help of spoon until get the juice and avoid the pulp

Step 6: squeeze half sliced-lemon juice on it.

Procedure:

                         Here we talk about cucumber juice procedure, firstly take a fresh Cucumber, Ginger clean them with an fresh running water, cut them with a fine sliced pieces it will easily grind

                         Pour them in a mixer and grind it very fine paste. Place it fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour a prepared mixture to strain the juice

                       Stir it with the help of spoon until get the juice and avoid the pulp. In a bowl juice add half-sliced lemon juice on it. Later, take a glass or bottle add honey , 2 ice cubes on it stir it with help of spoon.

                        Pour the juice on it. Finally our cucumber juice is ready come on join with mw enjoy the each sip of juice.

Expert tips:

         You can add mint or basil to get more good taste and aroma.

          Consumed the juice as soon as possible within 24 hours for more best results

          We can keep it in a fridge will be nice and cold to drink avoid the ice cubes on it.

           Peeling the skin or not is up to you.  we can use both the procedure.

           Avoid sugar or jaggery, Instead of that add pure honey for healthy purpose.
