 carrot and Beet root juice having highly rich nutrients and also refreshing aromatic one of the vegetable juices.. adding of lemon and ginger its taste just like heaven made juice, its definitely going to delight the taste buds.

                  This juice increase the hemoglobin and decreases the blood pressure.

                          carrot beet juice maintain ph value and remove the toxins from the body effectively and  maintain the glowing of skin.

                          By adding together in your diet its helps you relieve constipation by stimulating the metabolic system

                           Its also helps to reduce the sugar levels and also accelerate your weight loss

Best time to drink carrot beet juice?

             For the best results ,take this drink in early in the morning with empty stomach after one hour you can take regular breakfast. you can also take twice a day before 5 pm for best results .

STEP1 : Let’s take the fresh 2carrots and 1beetroot wash it in running water. take  ¼ ginger and half seized lemon ,sugar or jaggery (as per taste),milk.

Step 2:carrot ,beet root  ginger peel the skin and chopped them into fine pieces.

Step 3: squeeze half lemon on it to get better taste

Step 4:next add the sugar or  jaggery (as per taste)

Step7: Place it fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour a prepared mixture to strain the juice

procedure:

                    let’s talk about procedure of healthy juice. take a fresh carrot ,beet root ,half lemon, ginger  clean them with a fresh running water . carrot ,beet root  ginger peel the skin and chopped them into fine pieces. squeeze half lemon on it to get better taste.. next add the sugar or jaggery(as per taste).

            add all of them in a mixer and grind them in a fine juice.. Place it fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour a prepared mixture to strain the juice  with the help spoon and keep out of the pulp.. finally our juice is ready ,serve the juice in a glass  and enjoy the each sip of juice.

Best for more tips:

  1. You can also add mint for a good taste
  2. As per your taste you can avoid ginger to make a plan juice
  3. You can add salt and black pepper to get a mild taste
  4. As per health criteria avoid sugar instead of that add jaggery as per daily uses to get a sweet juice
