For the best results ,take this
drink in early in the morning with empty stomach after one hour you can take regular
breakfast. you can also take twice a day before 5 pm for best results .

STEP1 : Let’s take the fresh 2carrots and 1beetroot wash it in running water. take ¼ ginger and half seized lemon ,sugar or jaggery (as per taste),milk.

lemon, ginger clean them with a fresh
running water . carrot ,beet

add all of them in a mixer and
grind them in a fine juice.. Place it fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and
pour a prepared mixture to strain the juice with the help spoon and keep out of the pulp.. finally
our juice is ready ,serve the juice in a glass and enjoy the each sip of juice.
Best for more tips:
- You can also add mint for a good taste
- As per your taste you can avoid ginger to make a plan juice
- You can add salt and black pepper to get a mild taste
- As per health criteria avoid sugar instead of that add jaggery as per daily uses to get a sweet juice
