                           Amaranth leaves which can helps to improve the immunity booster and top 11 health benefits can be check in our blog .Yesterday first time I make the Amaranth leaves juice guys trust me this juice make my soul satisfy and keep trying to make this juice as my favorite list. Here, I am sharing a simple method with step –by steps photos that easily understand and make it.

                    From our childhood we are hearing number of leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, lettuce etc our elders as been asked to include our daily life as a diet but we are totally refuse them. Thotakura leaves have a lot of health benefits which are providing naturally giving by earth without mixing most of kids are hate to eat them so my mom keep it secret with me and make dishes with these leaves mixing with some other ingredients.

                     We can easily make this juice which is available in our kitchen just like amaranth leaves , banana, sugar/honey ,lemon with the help of only 4 ingredients only. in India we can prepare these leaves like thotakura papu , thotakura curry, thotakura chapathi.

DERVIED STEPS:

Step 1: Take a fresh thotakura leaves clean them neatly in an fresh running water and slice them a fine pieces.

Step 2: Take a juicer add thotakura leaves add banana slice them.

Step 3: Pour 2 spoons of sugar /honey and add water /milk on it as per your choice.

Step 4: Grind it with the help of mixer until u get pulp smooth.

Step 5: Place it fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour a prepared mixture to strain the juice.

Step 6: Stir it with the help of spoon until get the juice.

Step 7: we can see the pulp after squeeze the lemon juice on it.

Step 8: Serve them in a glass and garnish with add Sesame seeds on it.

 PROCEDURE:

Preparation juice:

                    Take a fresh thotakura leaves clean them neatly in the fresh running water and slice them a fine  pieces. Take a juicer add thotakura leaves add banana slice them. Pour 2 spoons of sugar /honey and add water /milk on it as per your choice.

Grind juice:

                   Grind it with the help of mixer until u get pulp smooth. Place it fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour a prepared mixture to strain the juice. Stir it with the help of spoon until get the juice. We can see the pulp after squeeze the juice.  Serve them in a glass and garnish with add Sesame seeds on it.

           At last our Healthy , tasty amaranth leaves juice is ready enjoy the each sip of natural healthy juice.

BEST FOR MORE RESULTS:

We can add honey, ginger to get a savory taste.

After completion of juice drink fresh juice not to freeze more time.

Amaranth leaves must be fresh and ripe soft only.

We can add carrot instead of banana as per choice it will give instant energy.

Skiping the sugar we can add more /less banana to get more sweet.
