                           We can add different styles of PEANUT/GROUND NUT CHUTNEY with adding mint peanut chutney, onion peanut , coconut chutney, chill chutneys to get more taste but here I am showing simply method for busy morning to get delicious blend flavors of taste.

                         The Mainly ingredients of PEANUT/GROUND NUT CHUTNEY is onions, ground nuts, chills, to get gravy side dish. In India especially Telugu speaking  States we can easily available in street food, vendors, restaurants as a famous dish with a best combination this chutney and also in every home easily make it. PEANUT/GROUND NUT CHUTNEY is an my mom recipe first I eat with idly, dosa, vada that taste was really heaven. It’s my promise guys once try this recipe you just say nailed it.

1) Can we reheat the Peanut chutney?

No! We should not reheat the flavors may change bitter taste but we can steam it in low –flame for a while only.

2) How long Peanut chutney can fridge last?

Peanut chutney we can be stored up to less than 2 days because we are adding coconut will not stay for a long days and cooking instant chutney may gives a more taste for side dishes.

3) How to make onion peanut chutney?

Heat the pan pour 1 tsp of oil on it add ground nuts , red chill ,curry leaves, urad dal, fresh coconuts ,1 chopped onion on it  maintain low –flame only while cooking groundnuts. Before going to blender let cools the ground nuts mixture. Take a another pan add cooking oil on it pour all training nuts like ½ tsp of mustard ,1 broken red chill ,2 garlic ,10 curry leaves on it cook for a while. Keep aside.

Take a blender jar add 2 tsp of cumin, rock salt as per your taste, small lemon size tamarind, 5 garlic cloves on it. Transfer the whole section in blender jar. Firstly blend them without adding any water. later pour water blend them looking to a consistency pour more water as needed until chutney thick. Serve the chutney in a bowl check salt as per needed add salt on it, pour all training nuts on it mix them very well. At last serve peanut chutney with idly, dosa , vada.

4) How to make tomato peanut chutney?

Heat the pan pour 1 tsp of oil on it add ground nuts , red chill ,curry leaves, urad dal, tomatoes ,1 chopped onion on it  maintain low –flame only while cooking groundnuts. Before going to blender let cools the ground nuts mixture. Take a another pan add cooking oil on it pour all training nuts like ½ tsp of mustard ,1 broken red chill ,2 garlic ,10 curry leaves on it cook for a while. Keep aside.

METHOD 1 (RED CHILL PEANUT CHUTNEY):

Step 1: Heat the pan pour 1 tsp of oil on it add ground nuts ,red chill ,curry leaves on it  maintain low –flame only while cooking groundnuts.Before going to blender let cools the ground nuts

Step 2: Take a blender jar add 2 tsp of cumin, rock salt as per your taste, small lemon size tamarind,5 garlic cloves on it.

Step 3: Transfer the whole section in blender jar.

Step 4: Firstly blend them without adding any water.

Step 5: later pour water blend them looking to a consistency pour more water as needed until chutney thick.

METHOD 2: (COCONUT GREEN CHILL PEANUT CHUTNEY)

Step 1: Heat the pan pour 1 tsp of oil on it add ground nuts ,red chill ,curry leaves, fresh coconut , urad dal on it  maintain low –flame only while cooking groundnuts.Before going to blender let cools the ground nuts mixture.

BEST FOR MORE RESULTS:

While cooking groundnuts maintain low –flame only then only ground nuts are cooked well inside as well as outside also.

We can add oil or not while cooking ground nuts as per your choice.

Red chill gives more taste then green chill.

Tamarind gives more taste we can add raw tamarind or tamarind juice as per your choice.

Blend them fine thick paste looking as consistency pour more/less water.

Don’t over cook the training nuts the taste will change cook them in low flame.
