Today I am ready to share a healthy green leaves rotis. chapathi is common word delicious dish in India in every home we can serve as all the time just as breakfast, dinner, snacks, some time lunch box for kids also. Thotakura chapathi easy to make, it in this post I can share with you easy methods as like we can easily made in home and easily understand by step by step procedures and easily make it.

At my childhood I am not interested to eat green leaves vegetables so my mom make a dishes indirectly mixed with these green leaves to get more proteins at my childhood. so guys make a habit to eat green leaves for kids otherwise try this way to your lovable persons it helps to build up the healthy body. We can see a varieties of rotis like aloo paratha , wheat flour paratha but tasting wise is different and healthy with green leaves vegetables which have a lot of proteins ,vitamins.
We can served Thotakura chapathi with pickles, yogurt, butter, onions, chicken, mutton curries..

Heat the non-stick pan, half cooked thotakura chapathi each side without oil for 5 to 6 times. Place each chapathi in a tight zip bag or freeze bag and cool them completely. whenever you want take them and heat them for a while .
3) Can we make thotakura chapathi with maida?
We can make thotakura chapathi with maida or wheat flour. But wheat flour thotakura chapathi as much taste as maida.
4) Does thotakura chapathi makes you weight loss/gain?

LET’S LOOK ABOUT DERIVED INGRENDITS:
Wheat flour
Salt
Amaranthus leaves
Red chill powder
yogurt
Ghee/oil
DERVIED STEPS:
Step 1: Wash the amaranthus leaves in the fresh running water at least 3 times so that soil in the leaves washed out. Heat the pan pour oil and add these leaves cook it for a while.

Step 2: Add red chill, salt (as per taste) maintain medium –low flame only.

Step 3: Firstly take the 4 cups of wheat or atta flour in a bowl. Pour cooked amaranthus leaves ,4 spoons of yogurt, 2 spoons of Cooking oil on it.

Step 4: Mix them very well with a help of required water to form a soft and non sticky.

Step 5:Place the dough aside with a tight cap for 30 min then only the dough get more softer and easily melt while eating.

Step 7: Roll the piece of dough flatten it and roll it until it size just like round disc/plate.

Step 9: After heating in 2 sides then add ghee adjust the flame in medium- low flame only. when a see the golden to light brown spots on chapathi , take it off them and place it in a plate.

Cooking amaranthus leaves:
Wash the amaranthus leaves in the fresh running water at least 3 times so that soil in the leaves washed out. Heat the pan pour oil and add these leaves cook it for a while. Add red chill, salt (as per taste) maintain medium –low flame only.
Dough process:
Firstly take the 4 cups of wheat or atta flour in a bowl. Pour cooked amaranthus leaves ,4 spoons of yogurt, 2 spoons of Cooking oil on it. Mix them very well with a help of required water to form a soft and non sticky. Place the dough aside with a tight cap for 30 min then only the dough get more softer and easily melt while eating.
Take the dough and divide them in an equal parts. Roll the piece of dough flatten it and roll it until it size just like round disc/plate.
Cooking chapathi:
Firstly heat the non stick pan with in a medium- low flame , dust off the excess wheat flour in chapathi and gently transfer into pan .within 2 min bubbles are appeared flip tem in other side After heating in 2 sides then add ghee adjust the flame in medium- low flame only. when a see the golden to light brown spots on chapathi , take it off them and place it in a plate.
Finally , our thothakura chapathi is ready. Taste the each piece of smooth and tasty chapathi.

Make a habit to eat green leaves vegetables for kids otherwise indirectly stuffed like this serve them.
Chapathi must be cooked in the medium –low flame only.
Take a fresh green leaves for cooking process then the taste and aroma are good.
we can use wheat flour for rolling later dust off the excess wheat flour while cooking the chapathi.
