                              Parotta / paratha recipe is one of the favourite and popular Indian sub continent dish . It also know as formation of folded multiple layers recipe with detailed step – by-step photos. We can serve as all the time just as breakfast, dinner, snacks, some time lunch box for kids also. In this post I can share with you  easy 3 folded methods with photos then can easily understand and make it in your home. In India paratha as dinner dish to maintain healthy and loss weight.

                                     To be honest,  mainly paratha’s can be made of maida flour but in my home maida strictly prohibited due to some health issues in our family and also our blog motto is health is more important than taste So my first preference is health later taste.

                     Paratha also called as flat-Bread , It is originated from the north - south regions and also some other countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal countries also. paratha Specially famous in Punjab region (north) and kerala, Tamil nadu (south) region.

       Serve them with chicken, mutton curries, egg curries, coconut pickles, all Indian curries.

Benefits of paratha /Parotta :

It controls the blood pressure.

paratha having good amount of magnesium, proteins , iron and sodium.

Can paratha eat at night?

              Of course, we can eat it in all the times. paratha having a good starch if you eat night time it’s maintain energy over the night.

Can we freeze paratha?

                       Heat the non-stick pan, half cooked paratha each side without oil for 5 to 6 times. Place each parathas in a tight zip bag or freeze bag and cool them completely. When ever you want take them and heat them for a while .

Does a paratha makes you weight loss/gain?

                         paratha is a healthy food. The flat paratha makes  you healthy diet we can make it has weight loss .

Let’s look at its desired ingredients:

DERVIED STEPS:

Step 1: Firstly take the 4 cups of wheat flour in a bowl. Pour salt (as per taste). Don’t add oil on it layered my disturbed while cooking.

Step 2: Mix them very well with a help of required water to form a soft and non sticky. Place the dough aside with a tight cap for 30 min then only the dough get more softer and easily melt while eating.

Step 3: Take the dough and divide them in an equal parts.

Step 4: Add little flour on the every dough mixture ball then only the paratha makes perfect without breaking. Spread thick or thin as per your wish 6 to 8 inches spread it evently with the help of roti maker. Add ghee on two sides.

Step 5:

 Method 1 (Folded multiple layers):

Place the half of the paratha fold them in front and reverse back later same procedure next half, gently gather in one corner  as a roll like flower as shown in below figure.

Method 2:

Starting of the paratha fold them in front and reverse back until end of the section. Gently gather in one corner  as a roll like flower as shown in below fig.

Method 3:
Take a knife cut them like a line until end of the section gently gather in one corner as a roll like flower as shown in below fig.

Step 6: Gently gather in one corner as a roll like flower .

Step 7:Pat the ghee or spiraled with the help of hand tap them and spread it 3-4 inches.

Step 7:Take a  pan heat them place the parotha cook them for a min both sides until we get light brown color.

Step 8: Then only add ghee/oil on both sides cook it very well medium –low flame.

Step 9: Gently tapping on both sides of paratha then folded multiple layers are opened.

     Finally , our paratha is ready. Taste the each piece of smooth and tasty paratha.

Procedure:

we can use different flour as per wish but maida and wheat flour to get more layers

Dough keep aside for 30 min get more softer and easily melt while eating.

Don’t add oil on it layered my disturbed while cooking.

if you want clear circle place a circular plate remove edges of paratha.

paratha must be cooked in the medium –low flame only, while cooking the paratha  maintain the low flame.

Dust off the excess wheat flour while cooking the parathas.

While using dough be gentle with your finger to make a ball size.
