In this beautiful occasion I prepared my all
time favorite dish prawns curry in a south Indian Muslim style that perfect
over with a cooked rice with in 25 min packed with a tons of flavors, spicy in
an single pot with step by step picks easily understand and make it in your
home.

I am staying in south Indian Machilipatnam
city which is famous for sea foods shrimp curry is one of the famous quickly dish
to fulfill over tummy with full of happiness. The main stuffing of prawns curry
is prawns, onions, all mixed spices.
Prawns can be different size some are small
in size some are big in size also called as tiger prawns is doesn’t matter guys we can make it
easily and delicious it’s my promise. Make sure you should pop out the prawns

but while reheat it maintain low-medium frame only.

DERVIED INGRENDITS:
For spicy powder:
Half piece ginger
5 cashew nuts
4 almonds
8 cloves minced garlic
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp Poppy seeds
2 cardamom
½ tsp star anise
½ coriander seeds
1 cinnamon
For the curry:
6 tablespoon cooking oil
2 onions
4 Green chills
Salt , red chili powder ( as per taste)
Pinch of turmeric
Half lemon

DERVIED STEPS:
Pop-out meat:
Step 1: Firstly take the fresh prawns, the
size of the prawns is not a matter either small are big here I take the tiger
prawns.

Step 2: Make sure you should pop out the
prawns tails from the flash before adding to skillet and clean them in a fresh
running water.

Frying prawns:
Step 3: Take a pan add oil and pinch of
turmeric heat for a while after pour all the prawns into the bowl.

Step 4: After some time prawns release the
water cook them until the water will disappeared maintain in a medium flame and
take them aside.

Cooking process:
Step 5: Take a blender pour all the spices
like half piece ginger , 8
cloves minced garlic, 5 cashew nuts,4
almonds, ½ tsp fenugreek seeds , ½ tsp cumin seeds,½ tsp poppy seeds,2 cardamom,½
tsp star anise,½ cinnamon in a grinder. Blend them in a fine paste.

Step 7: Next add all the spicy paste on it cook for a while until the spices aroma spread around our home.

Step 8: Pour all the fried prawns on the
pan cook it until the spices are mixed with prawns.

Step 9: Add ½ or ¾ cups of normal plain
water , maintain low-medium flame until prawns must be soft tender you can see
oil is appeared on top of the shrimp.

Step 12: At last serve curry in a bowl add coriander
leaves , enjoy the each soft ,tender, delicious prawns masala curry.

PROCEDURE:

- Take a same pan add oil pour the chopped onions, green chill on it. Cook them onions turns into golden-brown color.
- Next add all the spicy paste on it cook for a while until the spices aroma spread around our home.
- Pour all the fried prawns on the pan cook it until the spices are mixed with prawns.
- Add ½ or ¾ cups of normal plain water, maintain low-medium flame until prawns must be soft tender you can see oil is appeared on top of the shrimp.
- At last serve curry in a bowl add coriander leaves, enjoy the each soft , tender, delicious prawns masala curry.
BEST FOR MORE RESULTS:
Maintain medium-low flame only if you
maintain high flame the prawns pieces is not cook properly and also hard to
eat.
We can add tomato paste in prawns after
cooking of onions.
All spices must add in prawns curry then
its gives a delicious output.
We can add hot water to get more soft but
don’t add cold water it may pieces hard to eat.
We can add kashmiri chili powder instead
of red chili powder its gives good color to curry.
