                     A lovely South Indian Andhra style fish curry that sever with rice definitely change your tummy with full of happiness was spicy Andhra style fish curry with tamarind and fish steaks. It’s relatively easy to prepare too.Andhra style fish curry have thick juicy with the help of fresh tamarind juice.

                           I find myself going to my childhood memories my mom feeds me food carefully because i am lack of eating fish.

                      “Better to eat fish rather than chicken” This Andhra fish curry recipe which i tried a few week back its  just killed it.

Benefits of eating fish:

                       Eating fish at least twice a week its recommends of healthy diet which is filled with omega -3 fatty acids and vitamins

                    Fish has rich of calcium ,phosphorous and great source of iron ,proteins, zine, iodine.

                Omega-3 fatty acids are help to keep skin tight and moisturized look young. 

What Should not eat after eating fish:

                     In ayurvedic phenomenon, after eating fish we should not touch honey, yogurt, milk, sprouts etc. yogurt having cooling effect and fish having heating effect.  if we add both in a certain time supported by many nutritionists.

                    We should avoid consuming tea or black tea trout could lower the risk of mercury.

Let’s look at its desired ingredients:

For spicy powder:                             

Half piece ginger

8 cloves minced garlic

½ tsp fenugreek seeds

½ tsp cumin seeds

½ tsp Poppy seeds

2 cardamom

½ tsp star anise

½ coriander seeds

1 cinnamon

For the curry:

6 tablespoon cooking oil

2 onions

4 Green chills

Salt ,red chilli powder ( as per taste)

Pinch of turmeric

One glass of Tamarind juice

Spring onions

Coriander stems

DERVIED STEPS:

Step1: Take a fish pieces and wash them in a running fresh water

Step 2: take the onions, green chills, spring onions, Coriander stems

Step 3:chopped all them in a small pieces.

Step 4:   Half piece ginger,8 cloves minced garlic,½ tsp fenugreek seeds,½ tsp cumin seeds,½ tsp Poppy seeds2 cardamom, ½ tsp star anise,½ coriander seeds grind them in a fine paste.

Step 5:Take the fish pieces add red chilli powder or (kashmiri chilli powder),salt ,turmeric, all the spicy which we grind , spring onions ,cooking oil we should  migrate in a bowl .keep it for 10 min in a fridge.

Step6: now take a kadai add cooking oil heat it for 2 min add chopped onions, green chills, curry leaves which turns into translucent on a medium –low heat.

Step 7:take out from migrate bowl from the fridge and add to the kadai.

Step 8: after 10 min the oil texture is lay up from kadai.

Step 9: while cooking the fish curry let , prepare the at least one glass of tamarind juice in a bowl.

Step 10: after oil must lay up on the fish then add these tamarind juice and cook them for a while the curry texture must be juicy.

Step 11: finally our Andhra style fish curry is ready serve it with hot rice .let’s our tummy must happy.

Procedure:

                        Let give a detailed form of Andhra style fish curry ,take a pieces of fish clean them with a fresh water .later add the spices like Half piece ginger ,8 cloves minced garlic,½ tsp fenugreek seeds,½ tsp cumin seeds,½ tsp Poppy seeds,2 cardamom,½ tsp star anise,½ coriander seeds,1 cinnamon.

                      Grind them in a fine paste. Take a fish bowl add all the paste , red chilli powder, salt, spring onions, turmeric, cooking oil mix them well and keep them for 10 min in a fridge.

                    Now start the cooking process take a kadayi pour cooking oil for 2 min it will boil. after add onions, green chilli ,spring onions, curry leaves cook them to get onions in fine golden colour . Take it out from fridge After add stuff fish curry into the kadayi.

                  After 10 min the oil in the kadayi is come out as layer in the kadayi. next prepare the one glass of tamarind juice add it in kadayi .boil it in a medium –low flame.

    Finally add coriander stem and serve it with rice and enjoy the meal.

Expert tips:

v  If you cut pancreas of fish that may leads to bitter taste totally fish curry will spoil.

v  If you want good looking u can add kashmiri red chilli powder rather than red chilli powder.

v  All spices must be taken to get the best results and spring onions play the key role in fish to avoid the sea smell in a curry.

v  Maintain the curry in a medium – low only then the taste will killed it.

v  If u want more juicy you can add more tamarind juice cook it in a low-medium flame only.
