8 cloves minced garlic Salt (as per taste)
1 cinnamon cooking oil or ghee
2 Green cardamom 2 Green Chills
fresh half coconut coriander stems
1/2Poppies 4
tablespoons of yogurt
5 Almonds 10 curry leaves
5 Cashew nuts pinch of turmeric
10 Coriander seeds
Let’s look at its desired steps:
Step 1: First we need to wash the mutton well and remove the excess skin.

Step 2: ginger ,garlic, cinnamon ,Green cardamom ,Poppies ,Almonds ,cashew nuts , coriander, Curry leaves, fresh coconut, coriander seeds fry for 2 minutes and should be fine pasted.

Step 5: Then take the mutton pieces from fridge and pour them in kadayi.

Step 6: cook it well with a medium –low flame, until the oil appear on top of mutton pieces.

Step 8: Then add one glass of water and cook the mutton pieces thoroughly in a medium – high flame.

Procedure:
First we need to wash the mutton well with salt and turmeric .Turn on the stove and add oil to the bowl
Finely chop the onions and green chillies and fry them in oil until golden brown. ginger ,garlic, cinnamon ,Green cardamom ,Poppies ,Almonds cashew nuts , Coriander , Curry leaves, fresh coconut fry it in 2minutes and should be fine pasted.
Garnish the mutton pieces with turmeric, chilli powder, yogurt, salt, ginger and garlic paste. mix them well. take kadayi pour sufficient oil heat it far a while.
Add chopped onions, red chilli until we get golden brown colour , add garnish mutton pieces mix them cook it for a while .
Now, add spicy paste, coriander seeds powder mix them well cook it 5 min until we appear oil on the top. then add glass of water cook it in a medium – high flame. check the pieces must be smooth
Lastly , add coriander stems, squeeze half lemon.

1) Mutton pieces must be soft and fresh then only it will take less time to cook.
2) If you take hard meat then boil it 3 to 4 vessels in cooker.
3) If you want good aroma then add more ghee then less oil.
4) you add vegetables also in mutton curry like drumsticks, mashed potatoes, tomatoes, cauliflower etc.
5) if you want more gravy then we can add yogurt, coconut milk, more onions, some vegetables etc
