some veggies, corn flour and Chinese sauces with a fusion of wonderful aroma
and flavors. In this blog i want to share this recipe with detailed step-by
step photos easy to understand and make it.

The bread -Manchurian is mixed with the
some vegetables and spices shredded with little balls mixing the flavors of
sauces In India we can easily available in vendors, restaurants, street food as

In fact we should deep fry the balls putting altogether veggies needs more time to cook but this recipe we can make within 30 min .Cooking onions, cabbage, potatoes in low heat for 8-10 minutes mixed with all the herbs heat for 3 minutes in medium-low flame to get a delicious bread-Manchurian.

DERIVED INGRENDITS:
For Batter:
2tsp of
corn flour
4tsp of
all-purposes flour
Salt (as
per taste)
1 cup of
cabbage
1 cup of
bread
½ cup of
carrot
½ cup of
potato
¼ cup of
onions
Handful of
coriander stems

curry leaves
1 tsp of coriander
powder
1tsp of
cumin powder
For Chinese
sauces:
Finely chopped
1tsp garlic
1tsp
green chili
2 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp of
soya sauce
1tsp of
tomato ketchup
I tsp of
black pepper powder
Other:
Cooking oil
for frying
8-10 slices

DERIVED STEPS:
FOR MANCHURIAN BATTER:
Step 1: Firstly take a 5-6 bread slices slice them in a fine pieces with the help of hand.

Step 2: Take a fresh cabbage, carrot, onion, green chili, coriander leaves clean them with a fresh running water and chop them with a fine pieces mix it very well.

Step 4: Pour corn ,wheat flour on it mix
it very well we did not pour any water on it naturally cabbage have a water
moist in it .if needed add 2 spoons of water only.
If consistency is too loose then add each
1 spoon of wheat, corn flour on it. keep in mind the mixture is easily form the
balls without burst out in the oil.

Step 6: now coating for balls for that
take 1 cup of corn flour and 1 cup of bread powder, for that dip the balls in
corn flour as well as in bread, same process for all balls and keep aside for a
while.
For to get a bread powder grind the bread
slices on blender without using any water grind them in a fine powder.

Step 7: Take a pan heat the oil pour the
balls gently cook it for a while until we get golden-brown color maintain
medium-low flame only.

FOR CHINESE SAUCES:
Step 9: Now prepare the sauces take a pan
heat the oil add finely chopped garlic on it.

Step 8: while cooking the sauces take a another cup add corn flour some water mix it very well without any lumps on it until stir with spoon.

Step 9: Pour the one glass of corn flour
mixture on it.

powder, vinegar, red chili powder on it mix it very well.

Step 13: Later add the balls stir them in
gently all the sauces easily combine with balls.

PROCEDURE:
Chopping veggies:

For Manchurian Batter:
- If consistency is too loose then add each 1 spoon of wheat, corn flour on it. keep in mind the mixture is easily form the balls without burst out in the oil.
- Make a small balls keep aside, small balls easily cook inside as well as outside.
- Now coating for balls for that take 1 cup of corn flour and 1 cup of bread powder, for that dip the balls in corn flour as well as in bread, same process for all balls and keep aside for a while.

FOR FRYING BALLS:
- Take a pan heat the oil pour the balls gently cook it for a while until we get golden-brown color maintain medium-low flame only.
- Shift the balls in plate keep aside for a while.
FOR CHINESE SAUCES:
- Now prepare the sauces take a pan heat the oil add finely chopped garlic on it.
- Maintain high flame only add chopped onions, green chill on it.
- While cooking the sauces take a another cup add corn flour some water mix it very well without any lumps on it until stir with spoon.
- Pour the one glass of corn flour mixture on it.
- Add one spoon each of soya sauce.
- Add one spoon of tomato ketchup.
- Add sauces like salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, red chili powder on it mix it very well.
- Sauce must be cooked well for a while until the oil must be oozed out.
FINAL PROCESS:
- Later add the balls stir them in gently all the sauces easily combine with balls.
- At last serve them in a plate garnish with coriander leaves on it and enjoy the each byte of juicy, savor, sweet taste of Manchurian.
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS:
- We can add different vegetables as per your choice like capsicum, tomato, Cauli flower etc.
- Make the small balls only it will easily to eat and also vegetables are cooked properly inside as well as outside.
- Maintain the medium flame while cooking the balls otherwise the vegetables are not properly cooked.
- Basically Chinese dishes are cooked only in high -flame the sauce must be cooked in high flame.
- Sauce must cooked well until oil must be oozed out then only add balls.
- More juicy sauce must cause soft juicy balls or dry sauce must effect balls crunchy missing the Manchurian taste so keep in mind sauce must be oozed out.
