                        Hello guys! Welcome back to my all the readers today in this blog I am ready to share a Korean egg rolls in an Indian style. Korean egg rolls is mainly made up of vegetables, milk , eggs. It is popular for side dish, morning breakfast some time lunch box for kids also. in our blogs I wish to share in a detailed photos easily understand and make it.

                       GYERANMARI can be derived GYERAN means eggs and MARI means rolls. Korean egg rolls are also called as Korean rolled omelette. Basically in India egg rolls can made up with chapathi ,parotha ,bread as rolled egg. We no need to buy any special pans Here I show you in a simple way we can easily available in our Indian kitchen only.

                       In Korean egg rolls can be made up different style like combination of meat, seaweed, wine, vinegar , rice wine ,milk ,cheese. This recipe is my Indian friend recipe who staying in Korea .yesterday I prepared this recipe just killed we need to follow some basics tips.

                 Serve egg rolls with tomato, chills ketchup’s , onions ,meat .

BENEFITS OF EGG ROLLS:

Egg rolls having good amount of magnesium, proteins , iron and sodium.

Egg mainly helps for diet process to get instant energy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1) Can I eat egg at night?

            There is no particular issue eating at night if your comfort we can have it but in some persons eating egg may cause disturbance of sleep.

2) What are disadvantages of eggs?

              Basically eggs have more fat and cholesterol contain eating more eggs in day which may cause heart issues , cancer ,weight gain , pcod problems.

3) Which time is good for eat eggs?

             Eating eggs is good rather than eating junk foods taking has a breakfast with milk or after completion of workouts we can have it may give instant strength.

LET’S LOOK AT DERIVED INGRENDITS:

3 eggs

1 glass of Milk

1 Carrot

1 Onion

1 red chill

Salt ( as per taste)

Pinch of Turmeric

¼ Red chill powder

Cooking oil.

DERVIED STEPS:

Step 1: Break the eggs in a bowl and beat the eggs lightly yolk must easily mixed up.

Step 2: Place it fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour a prepared mixture to strain the egg mixture to remove the fat soluble.

Step 3: Add Salt (as per taste), Pinch of Turmeric, ¼ Red chill powder mix them .

Step 4: chopped carrot, onion , green chill , in a fine pieces , milk and pour them in a bowl. mix them very well.

Step 5: Heat the pan on medium flame add some cooking oil on it .pour the thin layer of egg mixture cook egg mixture for 85% with medium-low flame.

Step 6: Slightly rolled up pour cooking oil on other side and add another egg mixture on it in a low flame cook them for a while.

Step 7: Rolled the egg mixture then we get the thick rolls mixing all of them.

Step 8: Cool it aside for 10 min then slightly cut them in a pieces here I done a mistake then I get a lesson that is cutting hot egg rolls in a slice then the layers are open we did not get perfect shape.

         At last our healthy tasty egg rolls are ready serve them in a plate enjoy the each bite of tasty egg rolls.

Maintain egg rolls in a low flame only for cooking of vegetables.

We can add cheese to get more aroma and taste.

We can also cook vegetables before mixing  in egg mixture.

To get more taste we can also add soya sauce .
