Perugu aavada is a south Indian style recipe is easily prepared by a main items like fresh yogurt , onions, green chillis ,vada . Garelu is also named as vada in some other south Indian states . perugu vada especially Andhra style favourite dish. Perugu in Telugu language –yogurt.

Perugu aavada is a special and healthy recipe for kids and
also special foe festivals. whenever I prepared garelu I specially take out
some for perugu aavavda. perugu garelu literally helps cools the body and make
a stomach healthy.
I had observed that different styles made in north and south perugu garelu in south side it be a savoury taste and in north style it served in a sweet taste.
perugu vada is discovered from 12 century south Indian recipe.

Let’s look at its desired steps:
Step 1: Take a black gram urad beans soak them for 5 hours.

Step 2: After 5 hours remove all black gram and clean them in a fresh running
water.

Step 3: Grind them urad beans in a fine paste.

Step 4: Take a fresh yogurt , here I take a 3 cups of curd in a bowl.

Step 5: whisk the yogurt well add salt on it. if the yogurt
is too thick add a little water on it.

Step 6: chopped the onions, green chills,corriander stems and pour in yogurt and add pinch of turmeric on it.

Step 7: mix it very well .the yogurt consistency must be
loose.

Step 8: on the stove in a medium-low flame add all the tempering seeds and pour mixture yogurt on it cook it for a while.

Step 9: pour the Garelu on the yogurt mixture. Keep them in a tight lid and store them whole night in a refrigerator.

Step 10: At last, soaked perugu vada is ready for morning
serve in a bowl and garnish with coriander stems ,have it each piece of garelu.

Procedure:
Here we talk about perugu avada /vad/geralu Take a black gram urad beans soak them for 5 hours. After 5 hours remove all the black gram and clean them in a fresh running water. Grind them urad beans in a fine paste.

Best for more results:
Maintain the soaked time of perugu garelu more, then only it contain soft and taste to eat it.
Add a little more onions while eating it contains crispy
Soaked perugu garelu must store in cool place otherwise yogurt may contain the sour taste.
We can add karam boondi to get a more taste and crispy.
