In fact we should boiled crabs to avoid
the smell of crabs, putting altogether masala needs more time to cook but this
recipe we can make within 35 min even bachelors can easily cook in our home.
Cooking onions, green chili in low heat for 8-10 minutes mixed with all the
herbs heat for 3 minutes in medium-low flame to get a delicious curry.

DERIVED INGRENDITS:
For spices:
Small size Ginger
1 red chili
1 spoon of coriander
8 cloves minced garlic
2 cardamom
½ tsp star anise
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
For curry:
½ kg Crabs
3 onions
2 green chili
1 tsp of Red chili powder
10 coriander stems
Salt (as per taste)
Pinch of Turmeric
½ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Cumin powder
¼ tsp Gram masala
Half lemon juice
DERIVED STEPS:
Boiling crabs:
Step 1: Firstly take a fresh crabs clean
them with a running water, take a pan pour water, turmeric and rock salt on it maintain
medium-low flame.

Step 2: After boiling the water add crabs
on it boil them for a while until the crab turns into yellow-brown color, take
them aside.

Step 3: Take a pan add all spices like
ginger, garlic, red chili, coriander, cumin, cardamom toast for a while till we
get good aroma around our kitchen.

Step 4: Transfer them in blender and grind
them fine paste adding a little water on it.

Cooking process:
Step 5: Pour 10 spoons of cooking oil for
this curry we should add more oil to get more taste pour slightly chopped onions,
green chili, curry leaves on it.

Step 6: Salute the onions till we get
golden –brown color, then add spices like chili powder, pinch of turmeric,
salt( as per taste), cumin powder, coriander powder on it.

Step 8: Add ¾ glass of water on it.

STEP 9: Squeeze lemon juice on it to get
tansy best taste of crabs.

PROCEDURE:
Boiling crabs:

- After boiling the water add crabs on it boil them for a while until the crab turns into yellow-brown color, take them aside.

- Take a pan add all spices like ginger, garlic, red chili, coriander, cumin, cardamom toast for a while till we get good aroma around our kitchen.
- Transfer them in blender and grind them fine paste adding a little water on it.
Cooking process:
- Pour 10 spoons of cooking oil for this curry we should add more oil to get more taste pour slightly chopped onions, green chili, curry leaves on it.
- Salute the onions till we get golden –brown color, then add spices like chili powder, pinch of turmeric, salt( as per taste), cumin powder, coriander powder on it.
- Later transfer boiled crab on it mix it well until the spices easily observed on crabs.
- Add ¾ glass of water on it.

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS:
- Cooking of onions sprinkle a little salt it helps to onions cook faster.
- After adding spices if you think it burning the add ¼ cups of water on it to get a spices paste on pan.
- Maintain medium-low flame only if you maintain high flame the crab pieces is not cook properly and also hard to eat.
- We can add tomato paste in crab after cooking of onions.
- All spices must add in crab curry then its gives a delicious output.
- We can add kashmiri chili powder instead of red chili powder its gives good color to curry.
