Homemade ice cream
is a perfect delicious treat! with the help of home –made appliances. The prep
work of ice cream is mixing with milk, sugar and also we can made with
different flavors as per wish her I used vanilla flavored custard powder adding
your favorite fruits, nuts or candies for any summer deserts.
Following with simple guidelines in fact we should boiling the milk adding sugar, custard powder for 20 min to get thick paste, frozen ice cream for whole night slightly blending with fresh cream to get a delicious taste of ice cream.

DERIVED INGRENDITS:
½ lit milk
1 cup of sugar
2 spoons of
custard powder milk
Finely chopped
nuts
¾ to 1 cup of
fresh cream

DERIVED STEPS:
Custard batter:
Step 1: Firstly
take a 4 spoons of raw milk, 2 spoons of custard powder and make a smooth
mixture without having any lumps on it.

Step 5: Cook the
mixture till it turns thick paste then turn off the flame cool it completely
after cool the mixture it forms very thick creamy texture.

Frozen process:
Step 6: Transfer
that mixture in a box cover with aluminum coil or poly cover to prevent ice formation
on ice cream.

Step 8: Add ¾ to 1
cup of fresh cream on it we can easily available on super market otherwise we
can use home made fresh cream after boiling the milk keep the milk in fridge
after few hours we get more and thick layer on mix, that layer must store in
air-tight container box on it.
We can also use
hand blender or ice cream mixture otherwise we can use mixer to blend it to get
a perfect creamy ice cream.

PROCEDURE:
Custard batter:
- Firstly take a 4 spoons of raw milk, 2 spoons of custard powder and make a smooth mixture without having any lumps on it.
- Next take a pan pour ½ liter of milk on it.
- Bowl the milk and add sugar to milk dissolve the sugar completely.
- Then begin to add custard powder mixture on it stir with a spoon without having any lumps on it and also maintain medium-low flame only.
- Cook the mixture till it turns thick paste then turn off the flame cool it completely after cool the mixture it forms very thick creamy texture.
Frozen process:
- Transfer that mixture in a box cover with aluminum coil or poly cover to prevent ice formation on ice cream.
- After 2-3 hours take out the box, transfer to blender on it.
Blending process:
- Add ¾ to 1 cup of fresh cream on it we can easily available on super market otherwise we can use home made fresh cream after boiling the milk keep the milk in fridge after few hours we get more and thick layer on mix, that layer must store in air-tight container box on it.
- We can also use hand blender or ice cream mixture otherwise we can use mixer to blend it to get a perfect creamy ice cream.
- Blend with fine creamy texture.
Frozen whole night:
- Transfer that creamy ice cream on box.
- Add slightly chopped nuts on it to get for taste.
- Frozen that mixture for whole night to get a perfect ice cream texture then at last serve them in ice cream bowl and garnish with nuts on it and enjoy the each byte of creamy, thick and perfect frozen dessert recipe.
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS:
- Here I am using pure milk from my milk vendor gives a richness smooth ness and best flavors without using any packed milk.
- Frozen time more required to get a perfect taste and creamy texture.
- We can add 1 spoon of vanilla essence to get more flavor but here I am using vanilla essence custard powder only.
- Fresh cream gives you more taste and creamy texture.
- Transfer ice cream mixture in a box cover with aluminum coil or poly cover to prevent ice formation on ice cream.
