Egg curry recipe is a popular Indian curry
with a best combination of plain rice, flat bread, chapati, comfortable packing
and having a delicious flavors. making egg curry is not a that much difficult in
this blog we can happily learn with step by step picks easily understand and
make it in your kitchen.

Egg curry is great days for those don’t have
any veggies in our home still we can make a tasty meal to our lovable once, I remember
in my home that my mom make this dish adding with different veggies like
potatoes, green peas, tomatoes, any dried meat (prawns, fish) I sipped these
veggies only adding tomatoes to this tasty dish.
Egg curry is more popular in India as well
as different parts in our country some are very spicy, some are mixed flavors
like juicy, tansy, sweet and spicy. For curry base, I have added bot onion, tomatoes,
tamarind juice, jaggery to get a mixed taste and aroma to get a delicious!
In fact we should boiled eggs putting altogether masala needs more time to cook but this recipe we can make within 30 min even bachelors can easily cook in our home. Cooking onions, tomatoes in low heat for 8-10 minutes mixed with all the herbs heat for 3 minutes in medium-low flame to get a delicious curry.

DERIVED INGRENDITS:
4 eggs
3 onions
1 tsp of ginger & garlic paste
2 green chili
2 tomatoes
10 curry leaves
10 coriander stems
1 cup of Tamarind juice
Small piece of jaggery
1 tsp of Red chili powder
Butter
4 tsp of cooking oil
Salt (as per taste)
Pinch of Turmeric
½ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Cumin powder
¼ tsp Gram masala
DERIVED STEPS:
Toasting eggs:
Step1: Firstly take a pan add a butter add
4 boiled eggs on it toss with little turmeric until we can see the golden
patches on eggs
but most of the egg curries are not toasted eggs but i like to toss the eggs before making curry.

Step 5: Add all the spices like Salt (as per taste), Pinch of Turmeric, ½ tsp Coriander powder, ¼ tsp Cumin powder, ¼ tsp Gram masala, 1 tsp of Red chili powder on it, salute until the mixture of fragrant.

Cooking for juicy:
Step 6: Pour the tamarind juice on it.

Step 8: pour ½ cup of water and add toasted eggs on it sautĆ©ing the curry in the oil will appear on the top of the pan.

Step 9: At last serve curry in a bowl add
coriander leaves and enjoy the each soft, tender, juicy egg curry.

PROCEDURE:
Toasting eggs:
- Firstly take a pan add a butter add 4 boiled eggs on it toss with little turmeric until we can see the golden patches on eggs.
- But most of the egg curries are not toasted eggs but i like to toss the eggs before making curry.
Gravy for curry:
- Take a same pan add 4 tsp of oil on it pour half broken green chili on it.
- Salute the onions until it is softened and start to brown color, raw onions is not pleasant to get a taste.
- Next add tomatoes on it till it must be softly mashed and add ginger garlic paste until the raw smell is gone on it.
- Add all the spices like Salt (as per taste), Pinch of Turmeric, ½ tsp Coriander powder, ¼ tsp Cumin powder, ¼ tsp Gram masala, 1 tsp of Red chili powder on it, salute until the mixture of fragrant.
Cooking for juicy:
- Pour the tamarind juice on it.
- After the juice comes together than add half piece of jaggery on it for equalize the tansy taste of curry adding jaggery is totally optional.
- Pour ½ cup of water and add toasted eggs on it sautĆ©ing the curry in the oil will appear on the top of the pan.
- At last serve curry in a bowl add coriander leaves and enjoy the each soft, tender, juicy egg curry.
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS:
While cooking eggs
toasting step is more special to get more taste.
Cooking of onions
sprinkle a little salt it helps to onions cook faster.
After adding
spices if you think it burning the add ¼ cups of water on it to get a spices
paste on pan.
After tamarind
juice then add jiggery on it to balance the tansy taste of curry adding jiggery
is totally optional to you.
While cooking
curry maintain medium flame only to get a perfect taste and aroma.
