                                   DRUMSTICK/ MUNAKADA MASALA CURRY is mainly staple food as rice ,roti, sambar, rasam are equally spread as vegetable curry variations mixing with drumstick . In south Indians home it will be daily curry gravy as lunch, dinner mixing with different veggies. MUNAKADA MASALA CURRY is mainly mixing with onions, peanuts ,tomato, some spices which gives a restaurant style dish.

DERIVED INGRENDITS:

Spicy paste:

Peanuts

Coconuts pieces

2 broken Red chill

Small Lemon size tamarind

½ tsp fenugreek seeds

½ tsp cumin seeds

½ tsp Poppy seeds

½ coriander seeds

1 cinnamon

2 tomatoes

2 onions

4 Green chills

3 Drumsticks

Cooking items:

Training nuts

6 tablespoon cooking oil

Salt ,red chill powder ( as per taste)

Pinch of turmeric

Curry leaves

Coriander stems 

DERIVED STEPS:

Step 1: Take a frying pan without adding any oil add handful of Peanuts, Coconuts pieces, ½ tsp fenugreek seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp Poppy seeds, ½ coriander seeds, 1 cinnamon fry them in  low-flame .

Step 2: Add all of them in Blender by adding 2 broken Red chill, Small Lemon size tamarind blend them with fine paste with help of some water on it.

Step 3: Take a 2 onions, 4 Green chills, 2 tomatoes blend them with a fine paste we did not add water tomatoes have a water content by naturally.

Step 4: let start for cooking take a frying pan add 6 spoons of cooking oil, training nuts, curry leaves fry them.

Step 5: Pour the onion, tomato paste on it cook them in medium –flame.

Step 6: Add all spices like Salt , red chill powder ( as per taste), Pinch of turmeric on it.

Step 7: Drumstick must be chopped in small pieces add for cooking pan.

Step 8: Pour all the peanut paste on the pan. cook for a while.

Step 9: Add glass of water on it cook it until the oil is oozed on it.

Step 10: At last pour coriander leaves on it and serve them in a bowl and enjoy drumstick masala curry mixing with plain rice .

PROCEDURE:

Blending paste:

                     Take a frying pan add handful of Peanuts, Coconuts pieces, ½ tsp fenugreek seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp Poppy seeds, ½ coriander seeds, 1 cinnamon fry them in  low-flame . Add all of them in Blender by adding 2 broken Red chill, Small Lemon size tamarind blend them with fine paste with help of some water on it.

                let start for cooking take a frying pan add 6 spoons of cooking oil, training nuts, curry leaves fry them. Pour the onion, tomato paste on it cook them in medium –flame. Add all spices like Salt , red chill powder ( as per taste), Pinch of turmeric on it.

              Drumstick must be chopped in small pieces add for cooking pan. Pour all the peanut paste on the pan. cook for a while. Add glass of water on it cook it until the oil is oozed on it.

                         At last pour coriander leaves on it and serve them in a bowl and enjoy drumstick masala curry with plain rice.

BEST FOR MORE RESULTS:

Adding all spices for this curry is must to get restaurant style taste don’t skip it.

While cooking peanuts maintain low –flame only then only peanuts cooked well inside as well as outside.

Drumsticks must be chopped in small size then it will cooked fast and easily to eat.

Without blend the onions, tomatoes we can directly add on pan for cooking but paste must be cook fastly.

Maintain medium-low flame only while cooking spicy paste or onion paste process .

Don’t pour a lot of water on it add sufficient all drum stick must sink in water.
