TAMARIND RASAM:
Tamarind rasam is a delicious, tangy , sweet
and spicy south Indian traditional soup.
There are different styles we can make easy rasam which are primarily made with
the use of simply tamarind rasam without onions and tomatoes but here in this
rasam we can make it mixing all the veggies with detailed step-by step photos
easy to understand and make it.

Chintapandu
Charu is a great soup naturally which helps to recovering from illness, and
also homemade remedy for indigestion problem , cold, fever, cough. Tamarind
rasam is made up of tamarind , tomatoes, onions, curry leaves, tempering spices
,coriander stems.
Serving with chapati, upama idly, biriyani
, plain rice.
Raita
is a most favorite side dish for every Indian dish it is very easily recipe we
can make it for 5 minutes only. There are different styles we can make it like
spicy or plain, sweet, savory, mint raita. raita also called as curd pickle or
yogurt dish.

main ingredients of curd pachadi –yogurt /curd , onions, coriander stems called
as plain raita. we can also add different veggies like slightly chopped tomatoes,
cucumber, mints, fruits like slightly sliced pomegranate, apple, grapes, pine
apple. Both of the recipes we can happily serve for the babies at least twice a
week.
Serving with chapati, upama idly, biriyani, plain rice, momos.

ABOUT TAMARIND RASAM & PLAIN RAITA:
Tamarind rasam also called as chinthapandu
charu in telugu we can also called as different language in different style. The
word chinthapandu charu also derived as chinthapandu –tamarind , rasam-traditional
soup in India.
Plain raita also called as perugu pachadi
in telugu .the word perugu pachadican be derived as pergu-yogurt
,pachadi-traditional soup in India.
They are in complete in south Indian without
rasam or sambar and plain raita both are very good for health for digestion and
fight for bacteria. we can restore the rasam for 2 days tightly keep on air-cap
in refrigerate and use it.

Preparation process:
Step 1: Take a bowl add all ingredients
like large lemon size Tamarind,1 Onion ,1 Tomato ,10 Curry leaves ,10 Coriander
stems ,Rock salt (as per taste), Pinch of Turmeric ,¼ tsp Red chili powder ,One
broken red chili.

2: Mix it very well with the help of clean hand.

Step 3: Pour water fully all the items must be sink on
water.

Boiling process:
Step 4: Boil the water in medium-low flame , until the water is reduced from half of the
amount of water quanity.

Step 5: Now take the another bowl add all training
nuts like ( urad dal, mustard seeds, garlic cloves ,broken red chili) on it.

Step 6: Pour all the cooked training nuts in the tamarind rasam.

PLAIN RAITA:
Step 1: Take a fresh curd , here I take a
3 cups of yogurt.

spoon till it gets smooth without any lamps on curd.

stems and salt on it, mix it very well.

BEST FOR MORE RESULTS:
- Raita can be made any time like night or morning before using it make sure refrigerated it after serve it.
- Fresh yogurt is best for raita rather than old yogurt.
- Raita are usually mild salt we can add salt as per your taste.
- We can also add tomatoes, pomegranate, apple, grapes, pine apple on it.
- In tamarind soup we can also add black pepper or white pepper on it.
- Maintain medium-low flame only for boiling the rasam.
