                               Bombay/Besan chutney is side dish for chapati, poori, dosa any tiffen items .it’s popular gravy side dish for south Indians. In this blog I want to share an Andhra style besan chutney recipe with detailed step-by step photos easy to understand and make it. We can add different styles of besan chutney with adding different vegetables to get more taste but here I am showing simply method for busy morning to get easy way.

                                 Mainly ingredients of besan chutney is onions, besan, chillis, to get gravy side dish. In India especially Andhra State we can easily available in street food, vendors, restaurants as main menu and also in every home easily make it. Besan chutney is an my mom recipe first I eat with chapati or poori that taste was really heaven. It’s my promise guys once try this recipe you just say nailed it.

HISTORY OF BESAN CHUTNEY:

                 Basically chutney is an originated in India mainly in south Indian state around 500bc later on adopted by some other countries. besan chutney can stay for 2 day but it’s best partner of tiffens. while mixing besan with water literally aroma is just excellent.

Step 1: Take a 1 cup of besan add water mix it well to get a loose consistency.

Step 2: Take a pan add all training nuts on it fry it well with medium –low flame.

Step 3: Chop the onion and green chill and turmeric slice them very well pour in the pan.

Step 4: Pour the loose besan consistency on it cook it very well. add salt ( as per taste)

Step 5: After some time the loose besan into thick consistency.

Step 6: Serve them in a bowl add magnate with coriander stems and enjoy the hot gravy side dish with any tiffen .

Procedure:

                        Take a 1 cup of besan add water mix it well to get a loose consistency. Take a pan add all training nuts on it fry it well with medium –low flame. Chop the onion and green chill slice them very well pour in the pan. Pour the loose besan consistency on it cook it very well. After some time the loose besan into thick consistency.

                      Serve them in a bowl add magnate with coriander stems and enjoy the hot gravy side dish with any tiffen .

BEST FOR MORE RESULTS:

We can add more vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, capsicum to get more taste and aroma.

Pouring water on besan we can also adding buttermilk on it.

If the chutney consistency is loose cook it for a while then we get thick consistency.

Loose besan chutney instead of thick besan chutney taste is nailed it.
