                        sunnundalu is mostly seen in Andhra state in India, is prepared during festivals, marriage functions, any occasions in home. Sunnundalu is also called as homemade sweet laddu with the help of black gram, ghee, cashew nuts , sugar. Sunnundalu is a sweet pudding not only liked by  kids but also by elders. Sunnundalu is my mostly liked recipe and also called as my mom’s recipe. It’s very easy recipe only having with 4 ingredients.

                        Sunnnundalu is a healthy recipe to get more nutritious for growing kids , elders and pregnancy womens .we can prepared with the help of sugar or jagerry but my experience of sunnundalu laddu with sugar is more taste then jagerry you can use any of them as per the taste.

1) Sunnundalu is good for pregnancy?

                      Sunnundalu is rich in fiber ,magnesium ,calcium to get more bone strength during pregnancy, if you have digestive problem better to avoid it.

2) How to make sunnundalu with jaggery?

                             We can prepared with the help of sugar or jagerry but my experience of sunnundalu laddu with sugar is more taste then jagerry you can use any of them as per the taste. Instead of sugar we can add jaggery paste .boil jaggery with low flame stir it with the help of spoon after we get paste add on black gram.

3) Is safe sunnundalu good  for babies?

                    Happily we can feed babies more than 1 year kid they can easily digest and also black gram helps to maintain bone healthy and improve the growing height.

4) How many days sunnundalu can stay long?

                          Easily we can stay sunnundalu for one month keep them in a air tight cap glass bottle for staying long days and also adding more ghee that sweetness can stay long for last bite also.

LET’S LOOK ABOUT DERVIED INGRENDITS:

4 cups of Black gram( minapapapu)

1 ½ cups of Sugar or jiggery

1 ½ Ghee

20 Cashew nuts

DERVIED STEPS:

Step 1: Take a black gram here I am using black gram with skin wash them in a running water and roast them in a medium –low flame .let cool them make a half with the help of stone then easily we can get skin of black gram.

Step 2: Make a black gram powder with the help of mixer.

Step 3: Make a sugar powder with the help of mixer.

Step 4: Take a bowl add black gram ,sugar powder and ghee (as per your taste).

Step 5: mix them very well.

Step6: Black gram mixture is easily to mix like a laddu shape as shown in below figure.

Step 7: At last garnish with cashew nuts serve them in a plate enjoy the each bite of sweet laddu.

Procedure:

Making:

           At last garnish with cashew nuts serve them in a plate enjoy the each piece of sweet laddu.

BEST FOR MORE RESULTS:

Black gram with skin is more healthy and nutrition value than without skin.

While roasting black gram make sure clean them in a fresh running water to avoid sand portions and wet them in under the sun or room temperature.

Adding more ghee is good for sunnundalu for staying long time .

We can add fried nuts to get more taste and healthy.

 Maintain medium-low flame only if you maintain high flame the Black gram will not cook properly and tuned easily into brown color.
