Step 1: Firstly clean the fresh curry leaves and keep it dry for sun light or room temperature.

Step 2: Take a 10 garlic grind them with a core paste.

Step 3: On the stove in medium-low flame heat the cooking oil pour the training nuts on it

Step 4: Add 10-15 red Chills , Coriander seeds , Fenugreek as per your spicy taste. Cook it for a while

Step 5: Later add the dried curry leaves cook it for 2 min. curry leaves easily boiled in oil.

Step 7: Take a grinder add all of them and add small lemon size Tamarind, pinch of salt on it.

Step 9: Take cooked rice add curry leaves podi on it, mix it very well taste the spicy karivepaku rice. our curry leaves rice is ready.

Procedure:

                               Here I take 2 cups of fresh curry leaves clean them and keep it dry for sun light or room temperature. Take a 10 garlic grind them with a core paste. On the stove in medium-low flame heat the cooking oil Pour the training nuts on it.

                              Add 10-15 red Chills , 1 spoon of Coriander seeds , ½ Fenugreek as per your spicy taste. Cook it for a while, Later add the dried curry leaves cook it for 2 min. curry leaves easily boiled in oil. Take a grinder add all of them and add small lemon size Tamarind, pinch of salt , Turmeric on it. Grind them in a fine powder .our karivepaku podi is ready.

                             Take cooked rice add curry leaves podi on it, mix it very well taste the spicy karivepaku rice. our curry leaves rice is ready.

Best for more results:

Curry leaves clean them and keep it dry for sun light or room temperature for 24 hrs easily it can store for long time.

We can add groundnuts, cashew nuts for more crunchy taste.

Spices are as per your choice we can add more or less.

Daily consume one spoon of curry leaves rice to get more healthy.
