Firstly, my dear friends happy and prosperous ugadi festival. ugadi festival is very special in India. ugadi festival is a day to celebrate the beginning of the new year mainly in Andhra pradesh , Telangana, Karnataka states..

Ugadi festival can celebrate ending month of March or starting
month of April in India. In that time we get starting fresh mangoes, new neem
flowers and new tamarind fruit which terms as Significance

Before the
ugadi festival we clean our house and that day mango leaf decorated on doors of
the house, special bath like oil bath and making reetha shampoo , wearing the
new clothes, most important thing is we made different types of food items for
breakfast, lunch and dinner and also sharing the food to friends, relatives
etc, visiting the temples , charity of poor peoples.

Step 1: Take the all ingredients in one plate. Chop the mango , banana in a fine pieces.

Step 2: Take a bowl and pour small lemon size tamarind make a juice with help of water, neem flowers .

Step 3: Pour Mango pieces, Banana pieces, salt, red chilli or black pepper, jageery.

Procedure:
Take the all ingredients in one plate. Chop the ¼ mango , ½ banana in a fine pieces. Take a bowl and pour small lemon size tamarind make a juice with help of water .Handful of neem flowers . Pour Mango pieces, Banana pieces, pinch of salt, ¼ red chilli or black pepper, ¼ jageery. Stir with the spoon mix it very well
