                                   We can make different types of recipes by using semiya like semiya kesari, semiya payasam,semiya laddu  semiya upma etc. It’s probably the most common desert in every Indian household. This recipe eating in a daily basis in India .  semiya kesari is made up of ghee, sugar , cardamom vermicelli, nuts only. It’s very easy recipe only having with 5 ingredients.

                           Semiya also called in English vermicelli .vermicelli is mainly orignated in southern china , east asia,indian sub-continent. invented around 14 century . semiya is made of maida very hard wheat is popular for instant food product .vermicelli is mixing with maida, salt, water only. we can easily understand by looking small pieces of semiya is just like noodles .semiya is also made up of rice flour . 

              semiya is mostly famous in festival time like MAKARA SANKRANTHI, varalakshmi vratham, Ganesh chaturthi , navarathri puja almost all the festivals common sweet pudding.

Let’s look at its desired steps:

Step 1: Firstly, take a pan add ghee pour all the nuts cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio, raisin etc. cook it for 2 min.

Step 2: On the ghee pan add one cup of semiya cook it for a while until we get light blown color.

Step 3: Maintain medium-low flame add 1 glass of water on it

Step 4: After boiling the semiya water we get white layer on top then check the semiya whether it cooked or not.

Step 5: After complete of semiya cooking then Add sugar as per your taste.

Step 6: cook it very well the sugar consistency must be closed.

Step 7: at last , add ghee on top of the layer, pour all fried nuts ,cardamom on it

Step 8: Serve them in a bowl at last our semiya kesari is ready and enjoy the each spoon of sweet.

Procedure:

                              Firstly, take a pan add 4 spoons of ghee pour all the nuts cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio, raisin etc. cook it for 2 min. On the ghee pan add one cup of semiya cook it for a while until we get light blown color. Maintain medium-low flame add 2 glass of water on it.

                               After boiling the semiya water we get white layer on top then check the semiya whether it cooked or not. After completion of semiya cooking then Add 1 cup of sugar as per your taste.

                            At last , add ghee on top of the layer, pour all fried nuts cardamom on it. Serve them in a bowl at last our semiya kesari is ready and enjoy the each spoon of sweet.

Best for more results:

 We can add saffron or colored buds as per your wish to good looking.

Maintain medium-low flame only if you maintain high flame the semiya will not cook properly and tuned easily into golden –brown color.

Only add ghee or butter for sweet to get best aroma and  good looking .

Cooking nuts in ghee definitely our house is spreading with good aroma.

if you have more sweetness happily you can add more sugar as per your taste.
