When writing to this blog I get back my childhood memories colcostrum milk (junnu) recipe is my most favourite recipe. it considered as to increase the immunity booster with help of jaggery or sugar and black pepper.

,from latin colostrum “first milk” from
an animal,”.
Junnu is an Indian sweet , colostrum milk that buffaloes or cows produces the first 48 hours after the delivers a calf. this milk is know as Junnu paalu in Telugu language. which have a lot of proteins ,iron and boosts the immunity system.
This milk is slightly yellow in color and little thinker when compared to normal milk. we can get the colostrum milk from the milk vendors which is near to us. the first 3 days of milk is used as Junnu which are thick yellow in color.

Step 1: Firstly, I take the 1 litre of colostrums milk from my milk vendor.

Step 2: Take a jaggery or sugar as per your comfort .in this i take a jaggery smash them in a fine powder. it must be easily dissolve in a milk.

Step 3: Add black pepper powder , cashew nuts ,almonds and green cardamom

Step 4 : Mix them very well with your hands, jaggery must easily dissolve in milk

Step 8: After 10 min check it with the help of
spoon whether the milk consistency must be hard as shown in figure as below.

Procedure:
Junnu
is prepared in 20 min very easily and very tasty ,in this we need to required
items such as colostrums milk, jiggery or sugar, Black pepper, Almonds, Cashew
nuts, Green cardamom, Additional we can add saffron or colured buds.
Firstly , here I took a fresh 1 litre of colostrums milk , jaggery should be in fine powder that must be easily dissolve in milk and take all ingredients like black pepper powder , cashew nuts ,almonds and green cardamom.
Mix them very well with the help of hands then only all should
be easily mix on it. on the stove with a medium-low flame ,take a
bowl ,add glass of water on it .
Take colostrums milk mixed ingredients bowl keep on it. add plate on the
bowl tight a plate with help of heavy item on it , after 10 min check it with
the help of spoon whether the milk
consistency must be hard.
Finally, our virgin Junnu is ready to eat .come join with me

Check the colostrums milk must be before 3
days only , then only the taste must be perfect and also its healthy for our
body.
If the colostrums milk is in a thick layer
then u can also add normal milk to get a hard texture of junnu
We can
additional colours like saffron, coloured buds as per your wish, but here I did not add anything because texture
must be original.
I preferred
jaggery , here its best for health
rather than sugar.
